Privacy Policy
Effective 18 July 2026
MYRKLINE is designed so that its developer does not operate a message server, maintain user accounts, or have access to the contents of private lines.
1. Who is responsible
MYRKLINE is published by Adel Ramzy, 47 Avenue Duquesne, 75007 Paris, France. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@myrkline.nawaeurope.com.
2. Information MYRKLINE does not request
MYRKLINE does not require an account and does not request your name, phone number, email address, contact list, profile, advertising identifier, wallet, subscription, or payment details inside the app. App Store purchase information is handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and is not supplied to MYRKLINE as private message data.
3. Private messages and routing
Messages are encrypted on the sender’s iPhone and can be decrypted only by the paired recipient’s device. They travel through Tor to a private onion route. The developer does not operate a central messaging, mailbox, directory, push-notification, or conversation-history server and cannot read or recover message content.
Both iPhones must keep MYRKLINE open and online while pairing or exchanging messages. Delivery while the app is closed is intentionally unavailable.
4. Storage and deletion
Visible plaintext conversation history is kept in volatile app memory. It is cleared when its selected burn timer expires, when you use Burn all, or when the app moves to the background. Cryptographic identity and session material needed to maintain a paired line may remain in the device-only iOS Keychain until the line is removed.
Deletion cannot remove screenshots, photographs, copied text, backups made outside MYRKLINE, or information already recorded by a recipient. It also cannot protect an unlocked, compromised, or modified device.
5. Camera permission
Camera access is optional and is used only on the device to scan a pairing QR code. MYRKLINE does not save or transmit camera images. A pairing code can be pasted instead if camera access is declined.
6. Diagnostics, tracking, and third parties
MYRKLINE contains no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics, cross-app tracking, third-party sign-in, developer-operated telemetry, or cloud conversation backup. Apple may process App Store and device-level information under Apple’s privacy terms. Tor relays transport encrypted network traffic and are operated independently; relay operators cannot read properly encrypted MYRKLINE message content.
7. Support and safety reports
If you voluntarily send a support or safety report, the information you choose to include is delivered through the email or sharing service you select. It is used only to investigate and answer the request, prevent abuse, protect users, and meet legal obligations. Do not include private message content unless you intend to disclose it. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
8. Children
MYRKLINE is not directed to children. A parent or guardian should supervise any minor’s use in accordance with the App Store age rating and local law.
9. International use and legal requests
MYRKLINE can be used across borders. Because there is no developer-operated message database, the developer generally has no message content to disclose. We may respond to valid legal requests concerning information that you have voluntarily sent to support or safety channels.
10. Your choices
You can decline camera access, burn visible history, block a paired contact, remove a line, or delete MYRKLINE from your iPhone. For access, correction, deletion, objection, or other privacy requests relating to support correspondence, email support@myrkline.nawaeurope.com.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be described on this page or in the App Store release information.
